Case Study of Existing Magazine Companies

In order to gain some useful background knowledge about existing successful Magazine industry companies, I carried out a simple case study of 2 huge magazine publishers - IPC Media and Bauer Media. In my research of these companies, I explored their suitability to my project, seeing which would be most accepting of a new Music Genre Magazine, which will be my overall media creation task. This was an interesting research task, as it helped me to find out what makes a media company successful and which music magazines are owned by which companies and why.
